Establishment of a Police Station in Pacific Palisades

In the aftermath of the deadly Palisades fire and amid a sharp increase in crime, including home invasions, burglaries, and vandalism, residents of Pacific Palisades are demanding proper law enforcement presence. The community has long endured inadequate police response times, despite paying high property taxes and repeatedly requesting intervention, particularly regarding illegal fireworks, which are suspected to have caused the fire that killed 12 people. With 76 burglaries reported in 2024 alone and response times exceeding 40 minutes, this petition urges city officials to establish a dedicated police station in the Palisades to provide timely protection and restore community safety.
